Privacy Policy
MARKNA Consulting is the public brand name of MARKNA Consulting SH.P.K. This page describes how MARKNA Consulting handles information collected through this website.
We process information you submit directly — for example, your name, company, email address, and message via the contact form — together with limited technical and session information used to operate and protect this website, as described on this page. We use contact information solely to respond to your inquiry and to discuss potential engagements. We do not sell personal information. We may use trusted service providers, such as website hosting and form processing tools, only to operate this website and respond to inquiries. Contact form submissions may be processed through Web3Forms and delivered to our email inbox. For any privacy question, contact hello@marknaconsulting.com.
Third-party services used on this website: the contact form is delivered through Web3Forms and is protected against automated abuse by hCaptcha, which loads only on the contact page; the site's typefaces are served by Google Fonts on every page. When these load, your browser connects to those providers directly, and they receive technical connection information such as your IP address and browser type. Each provider handles that information under its own privacy terms.
Information this website stores in your browser: your selected language, so the site can use the language you chose when you return; and, after a contact form message is sent successfully, the time of that submission, which the contact page uses to show a short waiting period before another message is sent from the same browser. The MARKNA Assistant's own browser storage is described below.
MARKNA Assistant (beta): messages you send to the MARKNA Assistant are processed to produce its answers, which are generated deterministically from a fixed set of approved MARKNA information. Recent conversation state may be kept in your browser session storage so the conversation survives a page reload during your current browsing session. A pseudonymous cookie may be used for security and rate limiting and may remain for up to 30 days. The current assistant does not keep a persistent server-side transcript of your conversation.
